Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations of sellers on the RazzLab platform. By creating a razz, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Only approved sellers may list razzes. Approval may require identity verification and a history of positive transactions. RazzLab reserves the right to revoke seller privileges at any time for violations of this agreement or community guidelines.

Item Authenticity

Sellers must guarantee the authenticity and condition of the cards they list. Misrepresentation of items is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of seller privileges and/or legal action.

Fulfilment

After a razz concludes, sellers must promptly ship the winning card to the winner. Tracking information should be provided. Failure to deliver items may result in account suspension, withheld payouts and legal liability.

Fees and Payouts

Sellers agree to pay the hosting fee described in the Fee Policy. Payouts will be released once the winner confirms receipt of the item.

Compliance

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. RazzLab is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the seller’s actions.
